WhatsApp Users Can Now Post Longer Audio on Status

Spread the love

In the last few months, WhatsApp has brought several new changes and innovations, such as AI enhancements, image preview, and voice messages for Android Auto. Now, moving forward, the company is rolling out new changes for the users, which will help them upload longer audio files for the status. With this innovation, users can share their thoughts at a significant length.

The latest changes for WhatsApp are live for all users; to get them on your device, you just need to update WhatsApp to the latest version. However, if you don’t receive the change with the latest update, then you have to wait for some time as it may bring the change to the server side.

For most users, the extension of audio status arrives with the latest WhatsApp version. After installing the update, you will be able to upload the voice recording as a status with a length of 30 seconds, which was previously limited to only 30 seconds. To download the latest update, just go to the Play Store and search for WhatsApp. If a new update is available, tap on the update button.

How do I upload my voice status?

For starters, you can use the WhatsApp voice status by following these simple steps: On WhatsApp, go to the update tab and now touch the pencil icon just above the camera. Here,  just tap and hold the mic icon and release once you record the audio.
