Good Lock App No Longer Available on Google Play Store
Earlier this month, Samsung introduced the Good Lock application on the Google Play Store. This is beneficial for the Galaxy user who prefers to download applications from the Google Play Store instead of the Samsung in-house app market.
Why Samsung Pulled Good Lock from Google Play Store
Samsung hasn’t officially said anything about the Good Lock delisting from the Google Play Store; however, if we talk about some possible scenarios, Samsung may want to resolve some major identified issues that were caught in internal testing or public testing, or it may have failed to follow some Play Store policies, but before going to the conclusion, we have to wait until the Korean giant officially publishes anything.
What is Samsung Good Lock?
Good Lock provides a platform for all the customizing applications or plugins on Galaxy devices. For information, it provides several types of plugins, like NavStar, QuickStar, LockStar, Camera Assistant, and many more. With these plugins, users can perform several customizations for the smartphone UI, including navigation bars, lock screens, home screens, notifications, and many more.
Samsung has made the application available for the Galaxy user so they can take advantage of the service convincingly, but it is worth noticing that the company has made it available as an early access application, which indicates that the application only opens the door for the user who wants to test the feature on the smartphones with some expected bugs.
At the time of its availability, Samsung Good Lock was rapidly downloaded all over the world, but now Samsung has taken down it without any official notification form Google Play Store.
