Galaxy A23 and Galaxy Quantum 2 are getting One UI 6.1 update in South Korea

Samsung is known for its fast pace of availability of new software for its devices. Sometimes the company even beatsGoogle in terms of security patch updates, but when it comes to its own house-made One UI skin update, the company still falls far behind Google as it is still expanding the update for the eligible devices. With the latest development, it is rolling out the update for two more devices, including the Galaxy A23 and the Galaxy Quantum 2.

According to the information, the Galaxy A23 and Galaxy Quantum 2 are getting new updates with the firmware version numbers A235NKSU5EXE3 and A826SKSU5GXE1 respectively. With the One UI 6.1 update, these devices will get several new enhancements to their preexisting features for better control and customization.

One UI 6.1 brings several new customizations and improvements

The One UI 6.1 update will provide leveled-up performance for the devices; users will get smoother animation, improved image clipping, fresh home screen widgets, and wallpaper editing options. It also provides more options to protect the battery with several charging limitation options.

The update will also provide some new customization features in multiple areas, including wallpaper, lock screen, alarm alerts, a revamped calendar, and reminders. It will also enhance connectivity with the integration of QuickShare. Similar to these, there are several new features arriving to maximize the overall performance of the devices.

The One UI 6.1 update for the Galaxy A23 and Galaxy Quantum 2 is now live in Korea. If you are also using the same devices there, you can now check the update from the software update menu in the system’s main settings.
