Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6: First Official Renders Hit the Web

Samsung is a month away from launching the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6, but mistakenly, the giant has revealed the designs of the devices.

Not-intentionally, Samsung has revealed that the next generation Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6 have a recently launched Galaxy S24 Ultra-like design language. A few attentive Samsung fans spotted the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 designs when the brand accidentally published its marketing image on its website for Kazakhstan.

First Official Renders of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6

In a way, the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 6 design appears quite similar to the Galaxy S24 Ultra on the edges. It has sharp, pointed sides and fewer curved corners. The image also mentions Galaxy AI, which is quite a given considering that all older Galaxy S and Galaxy Z series devices have already grabbed the One UI 6.1 update.

The brand has attached a triple-camera setup on the Galaxy Z Fold 6 that also matches the design revealed by tipster Ice Universe a couple of days ago. In the image, it also seems that a slot-shaped loudspeaker is housed on top, similar to the Galaxy S24 Ultra and the Galaxy A55.

The Galaxy Z Flip 6 has a big cover screen and a dual-camera setup, as expected. The report says the upgraded primary rear camera is in the form of a 50MP sensor. Although it is expected that the phone still has a 3.4-inch OLED cover screen and a 6.7-inch internal foldable screen, However, it will come with a slightly bigger battery, maybe 4,000 mAh.

Both the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 could feature a less visible crease on their foldable screens. Both phones will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. They will likely run Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 software out of the box.
