Google Messages restructure the way to show text caption in RCS photos
Google has introduced many new features and improvements to the Google Messages application, which aim to provide convenience to the users. For instance, it has added a camera shortcut to the home screen, wallpaper customization, and many more. Moving forward, the company has planned to enhance the interface of how photos with text will look in RCS conversations.
Currently, when you send any photo with text, it will make the text appear above the photo in the RCS conversations, but when you send any SMS, the photo appears first, then the text appears immediately below.
Now Google is developing a new way to show the text with photos in the RCS conversion. According to the information, in the coming days, users will get a redesigned RCS photo and text interface where the picture will appear above with the message joined together; it will be just like the reply mode.
According to the screenshot shared by 9to5Google, after the redesign, the photo and text integration interfaces look great. It was a much-requested change to the Google message, as it is now very common in almost all social media applications.
The change is currently in the testing phase, and it is expected that Google will soon provide the update to its native messaging application, so if you are also eagerly waiting for the new change, then you should keep an eye on the Google Play Store.
