Samsung and TXT K-pop band to take the stage at Galaxy Unpacked 2024

Samsung has moved to collaborate with the popular K-pop music band BTS for a few years to promote its premium devices. Unfortunately, the boy band went on an interval in 2023. Now it appears that the Korean giant is looking forward to shaking hands with another K-pop band.

The brand has already done its collaboration with BTS, and now it is aggressively hinting at a collaboration with TXT for its next Galaxy Unpacked event. It is being speculated on by the official post on X. Samsung posted that its next Galaxy Unpacked event will feature a’surprise film’ from TXT (Tomorrow X Together), a popular K-pop music band; however, the brand has tagged a TXT fan account named @TXT_Book in place of the actual official X account of TXT named @TXT_bighit

Although it’s not clear yet whether the mention is intentional, It is expected that TXT members will be a part of the Galaxy Unpacked event, which is scheduled for July 10 in Paris, where the brand will introduce a bunch of the latest Galaxy products. Including the Galaxy Z Flip 6, Galaxy Z Fold 6, Galaxy Buds 3, Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, Galaxy Ring, Galaxy Watch Ultra, and Galaxy Watch 7.

TXT is a K-pop band that is a team of five members, including Beomgyu, HueningKai, Soobin, Taehyun, and Yeonjun. This band was established back in 2019 and has released a few hit songs. It has also achieved the title of the first K-pop band to perform at the biggest music festival in the US, Lollapalooza.

Apart from this, no more detailed information has been published yet. At the event, the brand will introduce a bundle of new Galaxy devices, as mentioned above. One dedicated part of the event will be Galaxy AI, as it’s reported that the company will expand the Galaxy AI features.
