Galaxy Z Fold 6 And Z Flip 6 Software Update Policy
Following the seven-year software policy, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 will receive seven major software updates and several security patches for seven years. Specifically, they will receive major software updates up to Android 21. This will ensure users get updated features according to the time.
Apart from these, several reports claim the arrival of several specifications in the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6. This time, the new generation foldable will feature an IP48 rating, which will reduce their vulnerability to water and dust.
For power-packed performance, these devices will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 process, which was also unveiled exclusively installed in the Galaxy S24 devices.
Apart from the species, the new foldable will not get any major improvement in design, and for promotion, this time, Samsung is planning to offer its latest Galaxy Buds 3 Pro with each smartphone unit.
However, it is not confirmed that the offer will remain exclusive to some particular region or be launched globally.
