Samsung has rolled out the August 2024 security patch update for the locked Galaxy S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra with the firmware version number S901USQS6EXG8, S906USQS6EXG8 and S908USQS6EXG8 respectively.

More specifically, the device is getting new updates on two carriers: USCellular and Dish Network. The company is expected to soon provide the update to other carriers as well.

According to the official documentation, 50 security patches arrived with the update, which will improve the overall security of the Android OS and Galaxy devices.
