Samsung has rolled out the August 2024 security patch update for the Galaxy A24 devices in South Korea. The devices have firmware version number A245NKSS4CXG2. The update is one of the general security patches that enhances the devices’ security.
August 2024 patch: what’s new?
The August 2024 patch is one of the latest security patches, which has brought nearly 50 fixes for the different vulnerability issues found in Android devices, and there are also some extra patches from Samsung.
Along with the security enhancements, some new changes have also arrived, which will address issues that could affect the devices’ operation.
If you use the Galaxy A24 in South Korea, you should get new update notifications on your device. Alternatively, you can check the update manually by going to the software update menu in the system settings.
