
Samsung has launched two of its A-series models, the Galaxy A72 and A52s, in an interval of around a year. Meanwhile, both models have currently started receiving the August 2024 security update in some Asian regions.
The August 2024 security update proceedings are going to end soon, while some leftover Galaxy devices are still receiving the update in some countries. Therefore, the Samsung Galaxy A72 and A52s are currently receiving the update in Asia.
The update landed for the Galaxy A72 units can be identified by the A725FXXU9FXH1 version number; however, it’s likely that this is going to be the device’s second and last software update, which certainly signifies that the device will not receive any further software update from the next year.
On the flip side, another A-series model, the Galaxy A52s, is also getting the same update that carries the A528BXXU9GXH1 software version.
Meanwhile, this update significantly brings several fixes for all the security-related vulnerabilities that eventually offer a more safe and secure environment to the users.
In addition, the update further marks the addition of certain key enhancements to the device’s overall functionalities along with various performance optimizations and stabilizations to provide a stable and optimized performance to the users.
