Samsung already working on Galaxy A56 5G
Samsung is budding a new mid-range smartphone named the Galaxy A56 5G. The company is actively working on expanding its Galaxy A series.
Under the hood, the Korean tech giant is developing the Galaxy A56, which is currently undergoing network testing. This suggests that its development is progressing well. The device is receiving significant attention from the brand.
Smartprix revealed that the Galaxy A56 is already being tested and anticipated to be released next year with a 5G SoC. The company could power it with an Exynos 1580 SoC, and there’s a very high probability that this is true.
The Galaxy A56 has been spotted with its dedicated model number AM-A566B/DS. The current Galaxy A55 had the model number “SM-A556B/DS,” and the fact that this next-gen Galaxy A56 has also been spotted suggests that the company is putting its new devices through regular testing.
The device is anticipated to power with the Exynos 1580 chipset, which is also spotted on Geekbench, and it scored similar gradings as the Snapdragon 888. Exynos 1580 has the model number “S5E8855” and is claimed to have the internal codename “Santa.” This chipset comes with the Xclipse 540 GPU.
The company will debut the Galaxy A56 as the successor to the Galaxy A55. The forthcoming smartphone is expected to offer upgraded features and update support.
