One UI 6.1.1-based One UI 6.1 update is now rolling out to Galaxy S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra in Canada
Samsung is gradually touching down to several markets in order to deliver the latest One UI 6.1.1 update to its eligible Galaxy phones and tablets. Meanwhile, it’s now the Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra, receiving the update alongside the September 2024 security update in Canada.
The Galaxy S22 series has already been received in some major markets, including South Korea, Europe, and the US.
Now, the models has started receiving the One UI 6.1.1-based One UI 6.1 update in the Canadian region that carries the S901WVLU6EXH8, S906WVLU6EXH8, and S908WVLU6EXH8 firmware versions.
Perhaps the update size is big, which is almost 2GB; the new update significantly carries a host of incredible features and changes. This involves the addition of a few new and improved features like sketch to image and more, along with bringing an ample amount of relevant productivity and health-focused features as well.
Also, the new update further comes with the integration of September 2024 security update that in turn offers a more safe and secure experience, resolves some known issues, fixes certain bugs, applies the updated security patches, adds stability and performance optimizations and delivers new and much improved features for providing a smooth, stable and optimized software performance to the users.
