Galaxy S25 Ultra Rumored to Feature Snapdragon 8 Elite in Europe

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra’s processor is the talk of the town. The new prediction hints that the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC in Europe.
It’s been a couple of weeks since leaks and rumors started reported regarding the Galaxy S25 series processor. Initially, it was rumored that the entire Galaxy S25 series would be based on Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. The other report suggests that the series will be based on Exynos.
Recently, it was reported that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, which was expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, is now rumored to be based on Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC in Europe.
It is being speculated by a post on X shared by a tipster, Roland Quandt, hints that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra uses Snapdragon 8 Elite with 12GB RAM in Europe. The latest input aligns with the recent Geekbench listing that teased the upcoming SoC with 4.47 GHz frequency.
According to a report, the Galaxy S25 Ultra could debut Snapdragon 8 Elite for the Galaxy across European countries. The processor that already made its existence on Geekbench had a higher CPU frequency than the US variant; however, there was no massive difference in single-core performance.
Potentially the handset was equipping an Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 for the Galaxy. It had two cores clocked at 4.47GHz and six cores clocked at 3.53GHz. The scores are 3011 points and 9706 points in single-core and multi-core tests, sequentially. It remains to see exactly what Samsung will go with which chipset for the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
