Samsung is about to debut its next-generation mid-range Galaxy smartphone, named Galaxy A16 5G, in mid-October anytime soon.
Samsung is expected to debut its Galaxy A16 smartphone in two variants based on network connectivity: 5G and 4G. For so long, leaks and rumors are blowing the market. Now a new report from ThetechOutlook exclusively suggests the Samsung Galaxy A16 5G smartphone will debut in mid-October in India.
Samsung has not released any official announcement regarding the coming Galaxy A16 smartphone yet. However, the device has already been spotted on the Geekbench database, which confirmed the official existence of the device.
Samsung is expected to offer four color options for both the Galaxy A16 5G and the Galaxy A16 4G, including blue, black, light green, and gray. The 4G variant could cost 209.90 euros, and the 5G could cost 239.90 euros.
Recently, the specification of the device also surfaced online, according to which both variants will feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution. The memory package could offer up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
The camera arrangement will include a 50MP primary, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle, a 2MP macro camera, and a 13MP selfie camera. Expected to feature a 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. However, the report doesn’t mention the launch date for the 4G variant. It remains to see whether the company will launch both variants separately.
