Samsung called off the recent SmartThings update after acknowledging the bootloop issue in Galaxy phones

Updates are significantly considered to be the most essential aspect of better and smoother functioning and even make devices less prone to bugs and other issues. Meanwhile, a new update has been released to the SmartThings Framework, and it messes up things for several Galaxy owners. Recently, Samsung called off the new update following the complaints of severe infinite bootloops after installing the update.
A couple of days ago, several Galaxy S10, S10+, Note 10, A90, and M51 owners took to Reddit, suggesting that their Galaxy phones have stuck into the infinite bootloops after installing the latest SmartThings Framework update overnight.
Meanwhile, Samsung has now acknowledged this severe reboot issue and decided to pull the SmartThings Framework update back.
A notice has been published on the Samsung Members app, stating that several Galaxy phones running on Android 12 OS, including the Galaxy S10 series and more, have been severely experiencing the repetitive booting issue when updating the SmartThings app to its latest version. The notice informed that Samsung has currently stopped the SmartThings app update as soon as they acknowledged the issue.

The company is continuously working on a solution to this severe issue and is looking forward to offering the best service as soon as possible.
However, Samsung doesn’t clarify the exact cause of these endless bootloops; still, it confirmed why the update is causing problems in the older Android version. Meanwhile, it’s now been confirmed that the update for the SmartThings Framework has been called off for now, while also advising to take the Galaxy phone to the nearest service center when experiencing any inconvenience.
