Galaxy S21 FE Users Face Green Line Issue After Latest Software Update
Samsung recently rolled out its September 2024 security patch for its Galaxy devices. Apart from enhancing security, the update brings a massive green line issue for Galaxy S21 FE users, especially in India.
After installing last month’s security patch, Samsung Galaxy S21 FE users started getting green line issues on their devices. The line automatically occurs on the device without even any physical or water damage.
Galaxy S21 FE Users Report Green Line Glitch Following Recent Update
The Galaxy S21 FE users are reporting on X regarding this green line issue. A user reports, “After updating my Samsung S21 FE to the latest security patch, a green line appeared on my screen.”
However, it seems that the company hasn’t acknowledged the issue yet, since the users are continuously reporting regarding this. Another user reported that after a sudden green line occurred on his Galaxy S21 FE, he visited the Samsung Service Center, and then he asked to pay Rs.14,000 INR for the screen replacement. These are a few users we are particularly reporting about, but except for these, more users are reporting the same issue on X.
Noticeably, almost all Galaxy S21 FE users who are reporting the sudden green line issues belong to India.
A few months back, the same green line issue suddenly occurred on the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S21 devices in massive quantity, but then Samsung offered a free display replacement policy. Currently, it’s not clear whether Samsung acknowledged the current Galaxy S21 FE’s green line issue.
