Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) received November 2024 Security Update in Europe

Samsung’s next Android-based One UI iteration, One UI 7, is almost here, while the company is passionately dispatching its monthly security update that integrates the November Android patch for the Galaxy devices. Meanwhile, expanding the latest security patch to more regions, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) is getting it now in Europe.

Interestingly, Samsung released a new update for the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) that’s available for the Wi-Fi units with the P613XXS7CXJ1 firmware version and normally weighs 301.31 MB.

The November 2024 security update significantly makes the overall system experience more seamless and smooth. Being a minor security and bug fixing patch, the update brings a lot of fixes that are addressed in the form of security vulnerabilities, leading to a simple yet straightforward software experience.

Alternatively, the update further aims to offer a safe and secure environment with improved security, all while protecting devices against external threats. It brings several efficient enhancements for the system functionality, adds stability, and various performance optimizations while also increasing the improved, stable, and optimized performance of the software. 

The 2-year-old model, released with Android 12, is currently stuck on Android 14-based One UI 6 and will not receive any further major updates. Moreover, the November patch for the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is already going live in South Korea, and Samsung is currently rolling it out in European countries, which will make it to the users in other markets shortly.
