Samsung introduces Galaxy A16 5G and LTE in the UK

Samsung has expanded its mid-range smartphone named Galaxy A16 by debuting it in the UK. Let’s take a closer look at the device. 

Samsung introduced the Galaxy A16 series, which includes two variants, as mentioned below: 

  • Galaxy A16 5G 
  • Galaxy A16 LTE 

Samsung has already debuted the Galaxy A16 smartphone in a few regions, including the Netherlands, France, and India, and now the company has announced the device in the UK to expand its reach to more customers. 

The new Galaxy A16 5G and LTE feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with minimized bezels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The device has a triple camera setup, which includes a 50MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide camera, and a 13MP front camera. 

The battery package includes a 5000mAh battery with the support of 25W charging. The company with the new Galaxy A16 has prioritized user security by offering Samsung Knox Vault, which protects sensitive data in tamper-resistant hardware. Samsung has promised long-lasting six years of software and security updates.

Samsung has priced the Galaxy A16 5G and A16 LTE with dedicated price rates, which are as follows: 

  • Galaxy A16 5G: £199
  • Galaxy A16 LTE: £169 

The company also announced an offer for customers who buy the newly launched device from Samsung.com or selected retailers between 20 November and 22 December to receive a Smart Tag 2 with their purchase.
