Samsung is all set to bring its next flagship series, the Galaxy S25, to the podium, which is the most highly awaited smartphone lineup for the next year. While the debate sessions are following one by another, a new leak ramps up that suggests that the base variant of the Galaxy S25 series will land with a massive RAM upgrade.
According to the listing spotted on the Geekbench database (via Jukanlosreve), impressively, Samsung might be planning to launch the base model, the Galaxy S25, with a massive memory upgrade of 12 GB of RAM.

Galaxy S25 Geekbench Information
Meanwhile, the Geekbench listing reveals that the South Korean Galaxy S25 model (base variant) with model number SM-S931N will probably come with 12 GB of RAM (actually, 10.75), which is far better and higher than the Galaxy S24’s 8GB; however, Samsung has already launched the base version of the Galaxy S20 lineup with 12 GB of RAM.
Alternatively, the database further suggests the much more powerful and efficient performance of the Galaxy S25’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chip with an impressive clocking speed. While having more effective power efficiency improvements, the chipset scored 2481 in single-core, while it achieved 8658 points in multi-core performance.
The next Samsung Galaxy S25 series is already rumored to hold the most power-efficient Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset; there are still some doubts whether Samsung will launch the series with the Exynos 2500 chipset in selective regions. However, this seems next to impossible as Samsung struggles with low yields of Exynos 2500 chips.
