Samsung May Let Users View Galaxy Watch Workouts on Smart TV

Samsung is keeping its promise well: creating a unified One UI experience across its Galaxy smart TV ecosystem, taking inspiration from its smartphones, and continuously working on it to enhance and refine the user experience.
Samsung has already started rolling out a Tizen-based One UI update for its smart TVs; seemingly, the company appears to bring the ability to control Galaxy Watch for starting a workout using Samsung smart TV. However, not entirely, but it’s working, though!
The Samsung smart TVs have just started receiving the newest Tizen OS-based One UI update that brings tons of new and interesting features. Meanwhile, the newest Tizen 8.0 OS version significantly brings amazing benefits of Samsung Health that allow users to start a workout of their Galaxy smartwatches from their Samsung smart TV using the remote, thanks to Sammobile!
Although the integration of the Samsung smart TV and Galaxy Watch experience is not that seamless and smooth, users can now access their smart TV by tapping the Daily+ tab from the sidebar, followed by the Health tab, and going down to select their watch. Then, users will get a new pop-up, asking them to select their preferred workout type on their Galaxy watch.
While users can manage to select the workout session effectively, they still have to use their Galaxy Watch to choose the workout option that they are preferring to start and not from the Samsung smart TV directly.
Moreover, on Samsung’s end, it seems to be working on its smart TV and Galaxy Watch integration. It will be interesting to see how the company is going to implement these changes for its audience in the future.
