Meanwhile, here’s some good news: Samsung started rolling out the stable One UI 6 Watch update for the older smartwatches from the 4th generation.

With an official notice issued already on the community forum in Korea, the Bluetooth models of Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 4 Classic owners who have taken part in the One UI 6 Watch beta phase can now download the stable version on their watches. The stable version can be identified with the IXK1 version number.

Meanwhile, the stable One UI 6 Watch version for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 4 Classic interestingly brings a lot of exciting features that are powered by Galaxy AI. These functions include more personalized yet comprehensive energy scores, health insights, improved sleeping patterns, while also adding more advanced sleep apnea features, custom workouts, and much more.

Alternatively, the update further integrates the October 2024 security patch that significantly allows watch owners to have a more secure, stable, and smooth user experience.

Samsung continues the rollout process of the stable One UI 6 Watch version, beginning with the Galaxy Watch 6 series, followed by the Galaxy Watch 5, and now with the 4th-gen watches next in line, the Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 4 Classic owners are currently starting to receive the newest version in South Korea, and it’s expected to reach other eligible regions soon.
