Galaxy S24 Non-Beta Users Benefit from December 2024 Patch in Europe

While the Galaxy S24 series users are testing the new Android 15-based One UI 7 beta update, which introduces various new and impactful features, non-beta users have started receiving the December 2024 security update in Europe.

Samsung seems to be holding on to some interesting features for some future update, as this patch barely fixes security vulnerabilities and brings some other relevant improvements to the overall system security.

Meanwhile, the December 2024 security update for the Samsung Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, and Galaxy S24 Ultra has been marked with the S921BXXS4AXKAS926BXXS4AXKA, and S928BXXS4AXKA firmware versions, while also measuring 452.76 MB.

With no new features introduced, the latest patch significantly brings fixes for various bugs and other vulnerabilities while also improving overall system security that aims to offer a secure user experience and helps to protect the device against external threats and other potential risks. It further adds stability to the system behaviors for an efficient performance. 

Alternatively, being comparatively light in features and enhancements, the update even brings certain performance optimizations, addresses critical and high-level issues, fixes other bugs and flaws, and delivers much improved features that help users to have smooth, stable, and enhanced functionality and performance.
