Samsung is all set to raise the bar by introducing its highly-awaited Galaxy S25 series to the podium in the Galaxy Unpacked event next month. For months, people have been hearing a lot regarding the next generation of smartphones while also looking forward to more details. Another leak flashed that suggests the Galaxy S25 Ultra could feature the high-speed UFS 4.0 storage.

According to the evidence presented by the report (via Android Authority), a few hardware details have been leaked by certain files via an in-testing handset. This significantly indicates that the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra model should feature an exciting yet higher UFS 4.0 storage.

Alternatively, the source further mentioned a few files that show that the phone sports similar screen resolutions as the Galaxy S24 Ultra model, while also indicating that the Galaxy S25 Ultra could feature maximum brightness, rising at 3,000 in high-brightness mode, at least. They have further mentioned that there is certain evidence that the Galaxy S25 Ultra may arrive with a 5,000mAh battery capacity.

Previously, it was also leaked that the next Galaxy S series could boost the highest storage variant, beginning at 256GB. Simultaneously, it is also believed that the entire Galaxy S25 series will skip Exynos 2500 and will be housed with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipsets, while the S25 lineup could also nurture on-device AI processing locally.

For now, all these rumours listed above can’t be considered entirely true, at least, as Samsung can perform certain changes in the hardware and software aspects to attain a significant and innovative approach of the next generation models in the Galaxy S25 series.
