One UI 7 Lets You Open Quick Panel From the Left Side

Samsung’s latest and more sophisticated Android 15-based One UI 7 version is, of course, a massive upgrade in history. While the Galaxy S24 audience has rejoiced as they have started receiving the newer One UI 7 Beta 3, the latest version impressively adds a good deal of fixes; Samsung integrates a new option that allows users to change their pattern on how they interact with their phone’s Quick panel UI.
It’s impressive that Samsung has finally split the notifications from the Quick Panel with the initial One UI 7 version. Now, with the third One UI 7 Beta update, the company is adding a new ability that will certainly allow Galaxy users to switch their Quick Panel to the left side of the smartphone’s screen while also increasing the width of the panel design for larger screen devices.

Currently, Galaxy users need to swipe down from the top corner of the screen to open the Quick settings panel, while swiping down from anywhere else on the top of the screen is for opening the notifications panel; this can be changed now according to the user’s preferences.

Samsung has added a new option, the “Quick panel on left side” option, with the new One UI 7 Beta 3 version that can be found under the Panel settings, allowing users to shift their phone’s Quick settings panel to the left side of the screen in order to provide more convenience. Also, this functionality would be great for those people who generally use their left hand to operate their smartphones.
To enable this Setting follow these steps: Open Quick Panel> Table on Edit Icon (Pencil) on Top right> Now Tab on Panel Settings from top Left corner> Choose Separate and enable the Quick Panel on left Side.

Alternatively, with One UI 7 Beta 3, Samsung has also optimized the Quick panel design that’s suitable for the larger screen Galaxy models by impressively increasing the width of the Quick panel so that it covers a comparatively larger area of the screen, without leaving any extra space on the sides.

For now, only the Galaxy S24 series owners have the new option to shift the quick panel, as the One UI 7 Beta 3 is exclusively available for them. It’s expected to reach the other Galaxy models with the stable software version.
