Samsung has released the Android 15-based One UI 7 beta 3 update for the Galaxy S24 series users. Although this latest version significantly focuses on improvements and fixing bugs, one of them is the inclusion of a better battery icon that can be witnessed right after installing the latest beta 3 update.
Recently, official moderators via community forum shared that Samsung could bring a better and upgraded battery icon in the future updates.
While Samsung is constantly looking towards plenty of enhancements and other relevant improvements in its latest One UI 7 skin, the company says that it’s always interested to hear exciting ideas that are inspired by other brands’ designs. This is more or less similar to taking inspiration from iOS designs.
A user suggested Samsung add a more distinctive battery icon that is kind of detailed and perfect in size.
Meanwhile, when sharing the suggestion regarding optimizing “perfect-sized” battery icons in the iPhone, Samsung’s moderator demonstrated that the company has always focused on delivering a unique and distinctive One UI experience to the Galaxy audience. Alternatively, it will be extremely nice taking ideas from the other brand’s UI designs and thus, clarified that Samsung could consider bringing a better and upgraded battery icon that’s just right for everyone, perhaps in the future update.
Simultaneously, this response from Samsung’s moderator team seems like the company has already started working on enhancing the battery icon of its smartphones, though. Still, the new One UI 7 skin is currently in its beta testing phase, and it is possible that more new and enhanced upgrades are on the way to the audience with future updates.
