Good Lock Could Include Customizable Quick Settings Options

While the Good Lock is Samsung’s proprietary suite that permits Galaxy smartphone users to customize their device’s settings according to their preferences, it unfortunately lacks a few capabilities that Samsung might consider providing in future updates, though.

Good Lock is, of course, a useful platform that offers several options for Galaxy phone customizations; meanwhile, a user asked for a setting that could eventually help to change the battery icon shape, an option that could change the shapes of tiles present in the Quick Settings or can make widgets more squared off.

Currently, there are a wide range of modules within the Good Lock suite, from applying new lock screen settings to tweaking home screen elements; however, it doesn’t have any option to change shapes and designs.

To which, a Samsung moderator replied via the community forum that the development team is already reviewing such factors, and if these aspects significantly align with the company’s design strategy and goals, then ultimately, Samsung will definitely consider implementing such settings into future updates. Also, it’s likely that the company might be already working on similar aspects.

Samsung has always aimed to offer various leading features to the Galaxy audience, where the One UI skin also plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall user experience. The current Android 15-based One UI 7 version is its perfect example. Alternatively, if such is the case, fans are going to witness more useful changes in the future updates.
