Galaxy S25 Series Specs Sheet Leaked Ahead of Launch

Samsung is all set to release the Galaxy S25 series at the Galaxy Unpacked event next week; meanwhile, an unofficial specs sheet for all three variants of the lineup surfaced online.
The Galaxy S25 series will include at least three models: Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. For so long, Galaxy S25 leaks and rumors regarding the specifications, design, and features are blowing in the market. Tipsters and leakers have already reported almost novelties regarding the coming smartphones.
Now a new source, MysteryLupin, has leaked an unofficial specs sheet for the upcoming Galaxy S25 series, which has revealed a few shocking details regarding the chipset and RAM. The sheet showcases the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy that has been used for the first time, and the RAM configuration is shocking.


According to the report, the Snapdragon 8 Elite that will power the entire Galaxy S25 series would be called Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy. The chipset has eight cores, out of which two prime cores are clocked at 4.47 GHz and six performance cores at 3.53 GHz.
Apart from the chipset, the sheet also revealed the RAM configuration, according to which the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be available in a 12GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage variant. It also hints that the Galaxy S25 Ultra with the 16GB RAM variant will be available in limited markets.
However, this spec sheet is not official, so we can trust it blindly, at least for now. Samsung will disclose the official specifications of the device on 22 January at the Galaxy Unpacked event, at which it will be interesting to know whether these leaked RAM configurations come into existence.
