It’s been over a month from now, where the audience has started witnessing certain leaks and rumors that apparently suggest that Google’s next generation OS, Android 16, is being developed behind the curtains. Meanwhile, recent reports present the kind of official release dates of the arrival of the upcoming OS’s beta versions.

Looks like Google is on time to launch its next Android OS iteration, and so Android 16, which is expected to enter its beta phase anytime soon, with its release schedule dates being surfaced from certain reports.

Specifically, the reports shed light on Android 16’s beta release schedule, where the beta initial phase could be expected to begin from 22nd January: the same day when Samsung will be hosting its first Galaxy Unpacked event.

Alternatively, assuming the beta releases that happened in the past, the second beta could hit Pixel devices on 19th February, which is then probably followed with the third beta build on 12th March. Simultaneously, the fourth and last beta phase is expected to land in April, the time when Android 16 will be ready to enter into its platform stability stage for eligible Pixel smartphones.

With the two developer previews having already been released, there are high chances that Google is supposed to follow a more or less similar timeline for Android 16’s beta versions. Apart from this, well, Google’s Android 16 release seems on track; this could definitely help to push Samsung’s upcoming One UI iteration (One UI 8) to hit the Galaxy flagships on time, such that everything will fall into the right place.
