Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is anticipated to introduce ProScaler Display Technology to deliver color accuracy and more sharpness.

Previously it was reported that Samsung could not offer M14 OLED technology to the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Now a newly leaked promotional material for the Galaxy S25 series highlighting a new display technology.

The Korean tech giant claimed that this new ProScaler display technology delivers sharper visuals and brighter colors. Below the leaked official promo image for the Galaxy S25 Ultra, it’s written that “Your images feel lifelike thanks to a brilliant display with ProScaler.”

According to the tipster named Evan Blass, who leaked the images, ProScaler is a Samsung-unique technology. When you set the screen resolution to maximum, for instance, QHD+, it will deliver a noticeable improvement in the impressive sharpness and vibrancy of colors.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to feature a Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X, HDR10+ display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a 2600 nits peak brightness.

Samsung’s display division has already supplied M14 OLEDs to several other smartphone manufacturers, such as Apple and Google. However, Samsung is still expected to use the same M13 OLED technology as its predecessor, along with some notable enhancements.

Samsung is all set to launch the Galaxy S25 series at the Galaxy Unpacked event tomorrow, so it remains to see how much enhanced sharpness and vibrant color the Galaxy S25 Ultra will deliver with the new ProScaler technology despite having an older M13 OLED display.
