Galaxy Z Fold 7 is rumored to support ProScaler feature

Samsung introduced a new visual-enhancing feature, ProScaler, on the Galaxy S25 Ultra; now it’s planning to expand this feature on the forthcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7.
Samsung offered great display specifications to the Galaxy S25 Ultra, as it features a Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X HDR10+ display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, 2600 nits peak brightness, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Armor 2 glass. It also has a new ProScaler feature that enhances visual quality.
Now Samsung is gearing up to debut its next flagship device, the Galaxy Z Fold 7, which is rumored to have a ProScaler feature. A user shared a text post on X, claiming that the forthcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7’s display software will support ProScaler.
Noticeably, the ‘ProScaler’ feature is only compatible with the Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra, and if the report comes true, then the Galaxy Z Fold 7 will be next to get this support. It is an efficient AI image processing feature that gains a 40% upgrade in display image scaling quality.
The tipster also mentioned that the device will have 2600 nits peak brightness. However, Samsung has yet to announce the specifications of its coming foldable phone, so it remains to see whether these leaks will come into existence.
