Galaxy S25’s Exclusive Audio Eraser Could Expand to S24 Lineup

A while ago, it was reported that Samsung is supposed to introduce a Pixel-inspired Audio Eraser feature in the Galaxy lineup and surprisingly! This came to be true as the newly-arrived S25 series came up with the Audio Eraser feature; however, currently it’s only exclusive to the latest flagships, though. Now, a recent report claims that the company could expand this feature for the S24 series owners as well.

Galaxy S24 Users Could Get S25’s Audio Eraser Feature

We got our hands on a new report posted by tipster Tarun claiming that Samsung could distribute the Galaxy S25’s Audio Eraser feature to the S24 series owners with the stable One UI 7 update.

In case you missed it! The new Audio Eraser feature, which is currently available on Google Pixels and now on the Galaxy S25 models as well, significantly allows users to eliminate distracting noises from videos by adjusting the volume of voices, wind, and other relevant sounds, while also offering four different sliders corresponding to voices, crowds, wind, and music noises from the background.

One UI 7 Audio Eraser

Alternatively, if the reports come true then Galaxy S24 series owners will be able to take advantage of this amazing feature once the stable One UI 7 update hits the 2024 flagships.

Now that it’s already clear that Samsung is commencing the One UI 7 beta 4 rollout from next week; it’s hard to predict any timeline for the stable update of its latest Android skin. Thus, the Galaxy S24 owners need to wait a little longer in case Samsung plans to expand the S25-exclusive Audio Eraser feature to the 2024 devices.
