A new update for Android Auto has been spotted, that takes it to a new version: Android Auto 13.8.1507, which is, however, in its beta stage. The latest version doesn’t seem to pack any major changes or upgrades; the key highlight is that two “new apps” features have been found, including a new app available and a new parked app available.

For now, it’s unclear how these features will work and where these two newbies will be implemented, but as the name suggests, the new functionalities seem to be based on Google Maps factors. Alternatively, the latest update incorporates various relevant bug fixes and enhancements to provide a smoother and enhanced user experience.
Since previous features, including the addition of NACS charging support, LECCS and Type 6 charging measures, and material themes, added support for more EVs and more, this new Android Auto 13.8 Beta version is supposed to bring more new features.
