Galaxy Tab S9 receives February 2025 security patch in the Europe

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 series received the February 2025 security update in the European market, following several Galaxy devices.

The Korean tech giant is speedily expanding this month’s security patch to eligible Galaxy devices and is now rolling it out for the Galaxy Tab S9 in Europe. Recently, the company released the same patch for the Galaxy Tab S10 series and last week for the Galaxy Tab S8 series in Korea.

Each variant of the Galaxy Tab S9 series received a security patch with dedicated firmware, as mentioned below:

  • Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra – X916BXXS5BYA5
  • Galaxy Tab S9+ – X816BXXS5BYA5
  • Galaxy Tab S9 – X716BXXS5BYA5

The patch doesn’t bring any notable or efficient changes & improvements; it just fixes all the bugs and issues that were presented in the previous version to prevent users from inconvenience. It upgrades the overall system security to avoid security & privacy risks and increases the stability & reliability of the device for the device to deliver smooth and flawless performance.

European users can now download the patch to upgrade their devices.
