Android Auto Faces Wireless Connectivity Issue After Latest Update – Reports

While currently, Google is rolling out the Android Auto 13.8 version via the beta channels, some drivers have been facing breaking up of wireless connections with older builds.
For now, a few Android Auto owners have reported through Google’s support page that their Android Auto is suddenly no longer connecting with their smartphones wirelessly; thus, the service is breaking up the wireless connection and is not working properly. Although this issue seems limited to those who have been using the older Android Auto 13.4 and 13.5 versions, as of now, the problem has not spread widely.
Users stated that they are able to use Android Auto when connecting their smartphone using a USB cable, but it suddenly stopped working when the USB cable was disconnected. Well, even after trying every troubleshooting option, it doesn’t fix the Android Auto wireless connection issue, while a simple reboot fixes the problem, but not for a long time, though.
Alternatively, since Google is yet to acknowledge the Android Auto wireless connection issue, it is quite possible that future updates could resolve the problem. Also, with Android Auto 13.6 and 13.7 being run in their stable version, it’s currently advised that users must update their Android Auto to its latest version.
Moreover, Google has offered a number of features within its smart driving companion in order to provide more convenience to its users, such as NACS charging standards for EVs, added support for more EV cars, a stunning Material You coloring theme, and much more; it’s expected that more new and interesting features are supposed to make their way into future updates.
