Galaxy XCover6 Pro gets March 2025 update in Europe

After introducing the March 2025 security patch to several mainstream devices, the company has now rolled out the update for the less popular rugged devices XCover6 Pro. It is the first device in the segment to get the latest software.
Samsung has rolled out the March 2025 security patch for the XCover6 Pro in Europe, the update carries the firmware version number G736BXXS9EYBD. According to the changelog, the update doesn’t bring any significant changes for the devices but it includes some new changes for enhancing the overall security of the devices.
Apart from this, the update could also bring some new changes that could fix the internal bugs so you will get a more stable performance. So, if you are having any issues while using the devices then, you should update your device to the latest version.
If you are using the Galaxy XCover6 Pro in Europe then, you should start getting the notification about the update availability. Alternatively, you can also check the firmware manually for your device from the software update through system settings.
Samsung has released the Galaxy XCover6 Pro back in 2022, the device come with Android 12 preinstalled then it has two major software updates including Android 13 and Android 14. Following the policy the device could get one more major update, it means the One UI 7 based on Android 15 will be the last major update for the devices.
