Galaxy Z Flip 7 could feature a full-cover screen, while the fan edition lacks it

Samsung is actively working on launching its next-generation foldable devices, including Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Galaxy Z Flip FE, and now a new interesting report regarding the cover screen of both the devices blowing in the market.

Samsung is reported to debut the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Galaxy Z Flip FE together at the next Galaxy Unpacked event in early second-half of this year. Despite not having any official details regarding the specs and features of the coming foldable phones, leaks and rumors are already starting to tease the fan community.

Meanwhile, a reliable tipster, Max Jambor, shared a post on X claiming that the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 7 will feature a full-cover display to enhance the user experience.

On the other side, he also mentioned; “The B7R, however, still uses the current cover screen shape.” The B7R code stands here for the Galaxy Z Flip FE, which means that the coming flipable FE variant will lack the full-display cover screen.

The Galaxy Z Flip 7 is rumored to feature a 4-inch cover display, whereas the Galaxy Z Flip FE could have a 3.4-inch cover screen, although its not confirmed yet.  It was rumored that Samsung could debut the Exynos 2500 with Galaxy Z Flip FE.

However, Samsung has yet to release any official statement regarding this report, so it will be interesting to see exactly what will happen next.
