Samsung Galaxy Watches are facing inaccurate sleep tracking issue, fortunately here’s the fix

Samsung’s Galaxy smartwatches are one of their kind, with the company integrating a lot of new features and enhancements within its wearable gadgets. Meanwhile, recently a few users have complained that they are facing sleep-tracking issues. Thankfully, Samsung has already got this topic covered and has provided a few fixes for the problem.

According to the reports posted on Samsung’s official community (via Sammobile), the Galaxy smartwatch owners, including Galaxy Watch 4, Galaxy Watch 5, Galaxy Watch 7, and Galaxy Watch Ultra, were not providing sleep tracking accurately sometimes.

Meanwhile, the best part is that Samsung is very well aware of this problem, and not only this, the company has offered a few fixes that could resolve this issue.

To begin with, Samsung says that if you own a Galaxy Watch and you are severely experiencing the inaccurate sleep tracking issue occasionally, you can try to simply restart your Galaxy Watch, turning the watch off and then on again, while also turning off its power-saving mode in order to fix the sleep tracking issue.

Alternatively, Samsung has further stated that it’s preparing a fix for the inaccurate sleep tracking issue and is soon going to release a new software update for the Samsung Health app that will resolve the problem on its own. However, the company is yet to reveal exact information regarding when the Health app’s update will be released, but hopefully, it will come out as soon as possible.
