Samsung introduces ‘AI Pre-Care Notification’ Service to enhance home appliances subscription care business

Samsung Electronics launches the ‘AI Pre-Care Notification’ service to strengthen its home appliances subscription care business.

According to the report, the newly introduced ‘AI Pre-Care Notification’ service is based on AI, which analyzes data collected from a remote diagnosis system. It is compatible with detecting abnormalities in home appliances and sending a push notification to you, and then it offers diagnostic details through the phone.

The ‘AI Pre-Care Notification’ service is offered by companies’ specialists, including explaining AI diagnostics, checking your device status, and helping you with on-site repair reservations. Customers do not even need to directly request after-sales service, as they can identify product problems in advance and resolve them early.

Samsung has introduced the AI Pre-Care Notification among 10 subscription products, which are as follows –

  • Air conditioners, Washing Machines, Dryers, Refrigerators, Kimchi Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Induction cookers, Ovens, Robot vacuum cleaners, and Air dressers

The service is compatible with diagnosing 24 different symptoms, including anticipated air conditioner refrigerant shortage, detection of abnormally high temperature in the refrigerator, washing machine communication module checking, and more.

Noticeably, the service is available for the customers who subscribe to the subscription care service without additional charge, but it’s expected that the company is looking forward to gradually expanding the target items and symptoms that can be identified in advance in the future.
