Stable One UI 7.0 and Android 15 reaches to Galaxy A55 global users

Samsung’s One UI 7 stable update hit the Galaxy A55 units in South Korea a couple of weeks ago; now, the update is finally reaching the models in Europe.

Basically, Samsung released One UI 7 Beta 3 for the Galaxy A55 units at the end of April, which was then followed by the stable update in the company’s hometown. Currently, Samsung is expanding the software to more countries and is spotted in some European countries, such as Germany. The wider availability is expected to occur in more regions shortly.

The latest firmware for the Galaxy A55 is identified with the build number, A556BXXU7BYDB. Users can check it out now on their devices.

At the same time, the update brings a more simplified yet interactive UI, adds a more improved Galaxy AI features in the form of Awesome Intelligence, sophisticated and more customizable home screen widgets, newly-added Now Bar to get all the key updates right at the lock screen without unlocking the device, live notifications and boosted productivity tools like Writing Assist, Drawing Assist, call summaries and more.

Beyond this, interestingly, the update further integrates the latest May 2025 security patch that eventually focuses on improving the device’s overall security and core functionality, which strengthens security and offers a more secure user experience.
