Threads Integrates Feature That Made Twitter Famous
Threads is the latest social media platform introduced by Meta, for giving the direct competition to the X, formerly known as twitter. To beat the competition , the meta own platform is aggressively bring new feature to its platform to provide a new experience. Earlier it introduced the tag functionality and now moving forward it has introduced the trending topics feature in the application.
The trending topic feature is similar to the X, which provides you with the ability to find what is trending on the platform so you can convey your thoughts according to the related situation. Now that the same functionality will be available for the thread users, the company has brought the feature of trading with it.

The feature is currently available in the United States, which can be easily accessed from the search section. It is expected that the company will make it available in more countries. You can use the new feature easily; just tap on the magnifying glass icon located at the bottom of the threads to access the search section.
Apart for the trending now, one more innovative feature is coming as fediverso has been incorporated. It will allow you to share publications, responses or profiles with other social media networks or websites that use the Activity protocol.
When you activate Fediverso, the content will not be shared elsewhere; it will be shared automatically outside the threads. To set the feature, just go to the option, then go to the social network settings.

For now, third-party applications can only make Do Not Disturb schedules using Android’s Digital Wellbeing APIs, but in the scenarios where Android 15 lands by the end of this year, they will get the power to more fully make use of the tools Google has been keeping to itself.
Particularly, third-party applications will be permitted to make changes to the screen, for instance, by turning off the Always On Display or authorizing Dark Mode. Granted, developers have acknowledged workarounds to enable those features, but now it appears that those functionalities will have official support, a report says.
If this report came true, then users would have a wider variety of applications to manage screen time and focus at their convenience, instead of relying simply on Google’s built-in tools.
