Verizon US Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Flip 3 updated to December 2022 patch
The flagship foldable devices Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 devices are now grabbing the latest Security update as December 2022 security patch in the US. These devices already got the same update in Europe a few days ago.
The update is available on Verizon’s network for the carrier-locked variant of both devices, including Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. According to information, the December 2022 security update is also available on other networks, including Xfinity and Comcast.
Users who own the carrier-locked variant of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 device, which is an affiliate of Verizon, can identify the latest update by checking its build number F926USQS2EVK7, While the update carries a different firmware version number for the Galaxy Z Flip 3 device as F711USQS3EVK7.
The December 2022 security update includes Several bug fixes that improve the overall stability and performance of the device, and this is a type of monthly security maintenance update which sometimes brings extra features.
