The update brought a host of new features and improvements, including enhanced privacy and security settings, an updated version of the Samsung Internet browser, and better performance optimization.

The company is now focusing on the One UI 5.1.1 update, which is currently being tested. This latest update is expected to build on the improvements made in the One UI 5.1 release, with a focus on delivering an even better user experience. Just like the previous One UI 4.1.1 update, Samsung is also prioritizing improvements for its foldable devices with One UI 5.1.1. This demonstrates the company’s commitment to innovation and improving the user experience for all its customers, regardless of which device they use.

One UI 5.1.1 testing started for Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4

Recent reports from tipster Tarun Vats suggest that Samsung has begun testing the One UI 5.1.1 update specifically for its Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 foldable devices. The latest test version of the One UI 5.1.1 software for these devices is reportedly labeled F936NKSU1DWB9, according to a screenshot shared by the tipster. This news is sure to be of interest to Samsung fans eagerly anticipating the release of these new devices, as it suggests that Samsung is working to ensure that the latest software is ready to go as soon as the new foldable hits the market.

However, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 have already received the latest One UI 5.1 update last week in some regions and will now ready to receive the next One UI skin. With the release of each new version of the One UI software, Samsung continues to push the boundaries of what is possible on its devices, offering users an ever-improving experience.

At the moment, Samsung still needs to publish a detailed bulletin of the update, so we can’t say exactly how many fixes were made in this update.

The August security patch is now rolling out in some countries, including Panama, Bolivia, Brazil, Guatemala, Paraguay, and Trinidad & Tobago. All the Galaxy S20FE users who belong to the mentioned countries will get the update through OTA.

The new update for Galaxy S20FE is now live in the countries mentioned above, but due to the limitation of the server, it will be distributed to users batch-wise, which means some users will get it on the same day of release while others will get it in the next few days.

Users who own S20FE should get the notification on their devices shortly; once the notification arrives, you can easily update your device by tapping it and installing it through the software update menu. Alternatively, users can check the update availability manually by going to the software update option by the device’s main Settings.
