Let us tell you, recently, the well-known tipster IceUniverse shared a Tweet on his Twitter handle in which he revealed that in June, Samsung would roll out a new firmware update for its Galaxy S23 series. He shared that the firmware will optimize the performance of the third-party software calling system’s camera in the series. In simpler words, the June update will improve the video calling of the Galaxy S23 devices on third-party apps.

Informatively, as the update will optimize the camera performance, users will now be able to make video calls through VoIP that too with less quality destruction. It will be really helpful for users who use third-party apps such as Whatsapp for video calling. Besides it, some previous reports revealed that this June 2023 firmware is also bringing the 2x option to the Galaxy S23 Ultra’s Portrait and Video Recording mode.

If you don’t know, the 2x option lets the user capture an image or record a video with 2x zoom without compromising the image or video quality. Obviously, it won’t be enough for the widely-rumored June 2023 firmware update; instead, it will bring plenty of other advancements as well, about which we will know only when the update will be launched.
