Samsung updates Galaxy A34 5G to August 2023 security patch

After introducing the August 2023 security update to the Galaxy S20 FE Last week, Samsung expanded it to several smartphones. The company has randomly distributed the update to several devices, and it is not only limited to high-end devices but also available for some mid-range devices. Now the company is rolling out the update for the Galaxy A34 5G devices.

Notably, the new update for the Galaxy A34 5G is now rolling out with firmware version number A346MUBS3AWH1. This time, the company is continuously updating its devices in the Latin American region, so this device is also updated there.

The August 2023 security update is one of the security maintenance updates that doesn’t bring any new features with it. However, the update comes with some improvements that enhance the internal functions of the devices. In Latin American countries, Samsung has updated several devices, including the Galaxy S22Galaxy S20 FEGalaxy S20 FE 5G, and Galaxy M14. As of now, the update is limited to some countries, but it is expected that it will be available all around the globe in the coming days.

Samsung launched the Galaxy A34 early this year with Android 13-based One UI 5.1. The Korean giant has launched the device in the midrange segment. The device is released with the promise of getting at least four Android updates and five years of security updates. It is expected that the device will get new updates until 2028.
