Galaxy Watch 4 Series gets Wear OS 4 and One UI 5 Watch update in more countries

Samsung Galaxy watches enjoy dual functionalities: one is the WearOS feature, and the other is the One UI skin, which gives them some more advantages with some fresh improvements. For now, the Galaxy Watch 4 series is getting the first-generation One UI watch skin.

Notably, Samsung has already updated the Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 4 series in several countries, including the US, Korea, and many more, but it was limited to the Bluetooth models; now, it is expanding the update to the LTE version as well.

The company is rolling out the update in several countries, including India, the UAE, and Ireland. Users who own the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic can easily identify the new update by their firmware version numbers.

The South Korean units of the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic are getting the update with version number R8*5NKOU1CWH3. Meanwhile, in India, these watches are getting an update with firmware version R8*0XXU1HWH5 (for Bluetooth models). It is expected that Samsung will expand the updates to more countries.
