Mark Zuckerberg used the Galaxy S23 Ultra at Meta Connect

The founder and CEO of Meta, Mark Zuckerberg, has made a number of significant announcements that will impact how billions of people use technology and interact with the world. The new Meta Quest 3 mixed reality headgear was the event’s main attraction in Menlo Park, California. Mark also highlighted new developments in artificial intelligence that will alter how billions of people use popular programs like Facebook and Instagram. One of the most highlighted parts of the event is that Meta’s CEO used the Galaxy S23 Ultra, Samsung’s latest top smartphone, to demonstrate one of the company’s Meta AI avatars. Two models of the Galaxy S23 Ultra were showcased on the stage.

The first one was used by Zuckerberg, which was a cream hue variant that was linked to a USC Type-C display port connector to feature it for screen mirroring. Phantom Black Galaxy S23 Ultra was used for reference purposes. The Samsung Keyboard app was used for texting by Mark to engage with the Meta AI avatars. The phone screen’s Whatsapp interior displayed a Snoop Dogg-inspired Dungeon Master avatar.

Meta AI:

This first AI chatbot from Meta will be available through social media platforms like Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and Whatsapp. An intriguing 28 AI avatars with different personalities based on meta AI were also showcased, but they aren’t available right now. This functionality can now be accessed in Meta’s application for Android and iOS; in other words, it can be accessed on Galaxy smartphones and tablets. The capacity to produce real-time graphics with only a brief text reference was highlighted as a part of generative AI technologies.

Meta also intends to launch an AI studio that will be open to both programmers and non-coders. Third-party AIs for messaging services, beginning with Messenger and growing to WhatsApp, will be available to developers.
