Samsung’s recently released One UI 6 timeline is not trustworthy; here’s why?
Samsung has always come up with new surprises every year with its massive upgrades to the One UI. With the new update, the company is trying to bring some new features and improvements to give a whole new level of experience to the users of their Galaxy devices, and with the new development, it has brought the latest update in the form of One UI 6-based on Android 14.
With the latest One UI 6 update, the company has brought several new features that will be available for Galaxy devices. In a nutshell, the fresh One UI major update is coming with a lot of new enhancements that are done under several top-level system applications, including Camera, Gallery, Lock Screen, Samsung Dex, Weather, Reminder, and many more. After knowing about these changes, all the users are excited. Between all these to increase the hype, a company’s official community manager shared a detailed schedule for One UI 6, but after some time it was removed from all the official pages.
One UI 6’s official roadmap is removed from the official forum due to inaccuracy
The official roadmap for the One 6 is removed from the official forum (spotted via SamMobile). The main reason for this is that the dates that are mentioned about the specific devices are not that accurate. For instance, if you check the road map, it says that the Galaxy S22 series could get a stable update yesterday, but in reality, these devices are still running in testing, where some bugs remain even now.
The Galaxy S22 is not alone; if you again check the One UI 6 schedule, it clearly mentions that the Galaxy Z Fold 5, Z Flip 5, Galaxy A34, and Galaxy A54 should receive the update on November 13, and we are now entering the third day of the shared data, and there is no clue about the stable update available for these devices. These devices are also running in the beta program and are likely to be tested with more beta firmware, so there is no chance that the devices will receive a stable update in less than a couple of weeks.
Samsung One UI 6 update brings a more intuitive storage calculation method
It is worth noticing that, at the moment, the company has only rolled out the One UI 6 stable update to the Galaxy S23 device, which has not reached all the units yet, which indicates that Samsung will take some more time to properly prepare for the expansion of the One UI 6 for Galaxy devices. It is expected that the company will share the official roadmap for the One UI 6 in the coming days, so stay with us; whenever it is available, we will share it with you immediately.
