Google, at the Unpacked event on 17th January, announced its super convenient new Circle to Search feature alongside the latest Samsung Galaxy S4 series.

Google, to enhance the user’s experience, has offered a new Circle to Search feature, and the Galaxy S24 series has already arrived with this AI feature out of the box. But here’s the fact that this feature is only working on a small handful of Android smartphones so far.

As per the reports of the Netherlands this week, the Korean giants have discussed the success of the Galaxy S24 series, which should be since it breaks down the pre-order records of its predecessor – the Galaxy S23 series. Whereas within the post, Samsung also offers Google’s first piece of context as to when Circle to Search probably expanded its ways to more Android smartphones.

The Korean giants stated that it seems that Circle to Search undoubtedly is a convenient feature that will be dedicated to the Google Pixel 8 series and Galaxy S24 series for almost the entirety of this year. Particularly, Samsung reveals it “may” expand to the rest of the other Android devices “from October 5”, and apart from this, the brand also pretends that there’s no other feature in the development underway.

It is expected that by the upcoming October, this feature will arrive with Google’s Pixel 9 launch. On the flipside, Samsung would also launch its forthcoming foldables in August without Circle to Search enabled. A similar logic applies to the Pixel 8a, which may arrive far sooner.

From a genuine point of view, most of the functionality of Circle to Search features is somewhere that already exists on Android devices. But the Circle to Search feature’s speed, fluency, and convenience make it the best out of the rest. So, it should arrive soon to other devices as well.
