Samsung has already rolled out the February 2024 security patch for the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy S22 devices in several regions. Moving forward, the update is now spotted for the US units of these devices. Due to the carrier’s limitations, the update has already rolled out for the unlocked variants, and now the locked ones are also getting the update.

Notably, the Galaxy S22 is spotted getting a February 2024 security patch update on the three carriers, including Dish, MetroPCS, and T-Mobile, etc. It is coming with the firmware version number S90xWVLS4DXB1. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 is spotted getting the same update on the locked variants with the firmware version number F936USQS4EXAD. More carriers are expected to have it available in the next few days.

According to the information, the latest update could bring some new enhancements to the security of Galaxy devices. Going into details, there are more than 60 fixes introduced under the Galaxy devices, so if you want to get some new security strengthening, then you should update your Galaxy devices to the latest firmware version.
