Samsung already made its long-awaited Galaxy S24 family officially available last month. This new family includes three members: the Galaxy S24 Ultra, the Galaxy S24+, and the Galaxy S24. Out of the three of them, we can consider the Ultra one to be an older sibling of the family.
It has already been revealed that this Galaxy S24 family has already broken the pre-order record of its predecessor. By this, it is pretty clear that the demand for these three devices is high in the market, but out of the three of them, the older Galaxy S24 Ultra is something else.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra has some premium features that are missing in its younger siblings, such as the implementation of titanium, the most remarkable display, and particularly one of its edge cases. However, that doesn’t mean the younger Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ are not in the line, and both of them also adopted features of the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Beyond the question, the display is one of the most highlighted parts. The Galaxy S24 Ultra features a 6.8-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X LTPO display along with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and 2600 nits of peak brightness. Moving on to its glass, it is an anti-reflective treatment of the new Gorilla Glass Armour glass, which has the ability to cross 75% of reflections, which leads to great visibility in both indoor and outdoor scenarios.
Sadly to relate, the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24++ lack the same treatment, which could leave some owners of these two devices in unsatisfaction. A post on X was shared by users who stated that they applied the official anti-reflective screen protector to their Galaxy S24+, which the brand has offered on its online shop. As a result, it appeared that the anti-reflective coating helped reduce shadows and reflections efficiently.
Noticeably, this is the very first time Samsung has sold an accessory equipped with anti-glare. And for now, the brand has made this film available only on its official website at a cost of $29.99 USD.
